Dave has been in the construction industry for over 20 years.  Dave started his career as a carpenter in the residential market where he operated his own business until he graduated from Temple University.  After Dave graduated from Temple he had the opportunity to work with various Best of Class general contractors in both the union and non-union sectors.  Dave is a Certified Healthcare Constructor (CHC) and LEED accredited professional (LEED AP).  Over the years Dave has built out commercial office buildings out of the ground, completed numerous critical care and ambulatory care projects, and worked on high-end interior office fitouts ranging from $5MM to $75MM.  Dave has always provided preconstruction and construction services for all of his past projects and has an extreme passion for all types of construction…except for the ever growing punchlist at home.
